Ultrasound appt. w/ fetalfotos today
Check out my chubby little cheeks!!!
Oh - I'm so tired!!((((Yawn))))
Now, there is NO doubt that my name will be.......Hannah!!!
I called Monday after much inner debate and made an appointment with Fetalfotos in Huntersville, NC. My mom went w/ me, and she ended up giving this to Nathan and me for our Christmas present. When the tech got us in the room, she did some 2D pictures, and told me that Hannah is in the "vertex" position, or head down. She was also "spine up", which meant that she had her head buried in my back, and her spine pressing up against my stomach. So the tech had me lay on my left side for 5 minutes. When she came back in, Hannah had not budged!! So after a few minutes, she told me to lay on my right side. She then moved a little, but had her legs and feet up over her head! We decided then, that she is going to be stubborn like her mama!!! Finally the nurse had me get on my knees and elbows on the table in a last hope that she would move and cooperate for us. She did move for us finally, but just for a few minutes!!! We saw without a doubt that we're having a girl, and she moved around on the screen quite a bit, and boy could I feel it! We got to see her yawning, moving her body parts, and wiggling all over the place. She is one very active little girl. They gave us lots of pictures in both 2D and 3D, and we got a DVD and VHS in 2D and 4D. Her heartrate was good, it was 158BPM.With each week it's getting closer to the day when I get to meet our little princess. Adam saw the video and said "that's my baby Hannah". I'm saving showing the DVD to Nathan, Doug & Lisa until Christmas morning. It's set to music, which is beautiful. I just wish she would have cooperated a teensie bit more, but it was still awesome to see all that we did!

That is so neat! I wanted to get this done with Aiden, but I never got to it. I know that was very special for you. What a wonderful Christmas present!
